Role Overview:

The Aftersales Executive/Manager will be responsible for handling all post-possession client interactions, addressing customer queries, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships to uphold the brand’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for customers after possession of their property.
• Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, CRM, Accounts, etc.) for issue resolution.
• Monitor defect liability period (DLP) services and ensure all rectifications are done efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on aftersales activities and service quality.
• Support the CRM team during handover and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Basic technical knowledge of construction, finishing, and maintenance works.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate
• 5–10 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in Aftersales / Customer Care / Post Handover roles.
• Experience handling high-end residential or commercial projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
