After sales service Technician

As an HVAC/Refrigeration technician with a Diploma in Electrical or Electrician, you will play a crucial role in coordinating field activities within the service division. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with customers over the phone to assess the urgency of service requests, scheduling field personnel for preventive maintenance tasks, service repairs, and replacements. Your key duties will include creating and managing work orders for preventative maintenance and service repairs, responding to emergency service calls, procuring necessary parts for repairs, estimating costs for customer inquiries, reviewing field-generated paperwork for invoicing, and collaborating effectively within a team environment. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in the Commercial or Industrial HVAC sector is essential. You should feel comfortable discussing equipment details with customers and have a solid understanding of various HVAC components such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, split system A/C heat pumps, VAV systems, fans, variable frequency drives, freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, water pumps, and water heaters. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The benefits include provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
