A significant aspect of your role will involve vetting Original Property Papers and conducting regular training sessions at Branch locations to educate teams on legal processes. You will also be tasked with resolving queries from Sales, Credit, Business, and Operations teams. Effective external vendor management and audit resolution for the Internal Audit Department will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be involved in providing process training for new employees at both Pan India and State levels. It will be crucial for you to detect and analyze gaps in the case of any property document-related frauds. Additionally, physically visiting authorities for collateral verification and tracking and maintaining OTC/PDD for timely closure will be integral to your daily tasks.,
