Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the Affluent/Privilege Banking segment.
Drive business growth by cross-selling a wide range of banking and investment products (liabilities, assets, insurance, mutual funds, etc.).
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs and risk profiles.
Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of client queries.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies.
Organize client engagement activities and events to strengthen relationships and enhance client loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and execution of client requests.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with 6 - 12 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or HNI client servicing.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing affluent/HNI clients in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Customer-centric approach with a high degree of integrity and ownership.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
