Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Sales International (I-Gaming) located in Gurugram. The role involves managing affiliate accounts, acquiring new affiliates, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating deals, maintaining relationships with affiliates, providing customer support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with eSports and Gaming Campaigns
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans, along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a clear focus on achieving ambitious revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in the I-Gaming industry is a plus

KPI and Targets:

• Achieving specific revenue targets through new client acquisition.
• Acquiring a predetermined number of new clients.
• Improving the win rate of sales proposals and presentations in the affiliate space.
