As an Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher) at our company, you will play a crucial role in our digital marketing team by identifying and recruiting new affiliates, influencers, and content partners. You will have the opportunity to work on creating and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns, monitoring affiliate activity, and analyzing performance to suggest improvements. Collaboration with the content, SEO, and design teams will be essential to ensure the proper creatives and messaging for successful partnerships. Staying updated with trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and content partners. - Maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners and ensure consistent performance. - Assist in creating and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns. - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and suggest improvements. - Coordinate with the content, SEO, and design teams to ensure proper creatives and messaging. - Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Strong interest in digital marketing and performance-based campaigns. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of affiliate networks (like ShareASale, CJ, Impact, etc.) is a plus. - Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets). - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-driven.
