Role Overview: You will be joining Napptix, a rapidly growing performance marketing company that specializes in performance marketing and data-driven digital campaigns. Your role as an Affiliate Manager will be focused on Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing a portfolio of affiliate partners to deliver high-quality CPL leads. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates, publishers, and media buyers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, grow, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners to deliver high-quality CPL leads. - Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and media buyers. - Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring traffic quality and compliance with campaign terms. - Work closely with internal teams (Campaign Managers, Compliance, Data Analytics) to ensure alignment and performance tracking. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards client goals (volume, quality, ROI). - Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate with technical teams when necessary. - Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, fraud prevention tools, and compliance standards. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing affiliates or partners within CPL campaigns. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, etc.). - Proven track record of growing affiliate partnerships and delivering results. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and/or reporting tools. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
