About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Affiliate Associate to support and expand our global affiliate network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners across various regions.

You will play an important role in scaling partnerships, coordinating technical integrations, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring seamless operations across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Publisher Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, and publishers from global markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and support.
  • Negotiate commission structures, commercial terms, and campaign agreements.
  • Provide partners with marketing materials, creative assets, and performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, regulatory standards, and performance expectations.

Affiliate Acquisition & Outreach

  • Conduct targeted outreach via CPA networks, Telegram communities, marketing forums, and digital spaces worldwide.
  • Maintain structured lead pipelines and partner databases.
  • Qualify and nurture leads, routing high-potential partners to sales or senior managers.

Technical Setup & Support

  • Create and configure tracking links, postbacks, UTM parameters, and integration touchpoints.
  • Work with API endpoints and technical dashboards for smooth tracking operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted campaign performance.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Track global traffic quality, FTDs, registrations, and conversion rates.
  • Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports with insights on performance trends.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to increase volume, revenue, and ROI.

Candidate Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA campaigns, web traffic and conversion funnels.
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital growth preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using remote work tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, communication platforms).
  • Tech-savvy mindset with attention to detail and analytical curiosity.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple time zones and markets.

  • 50120 qualified affiliate leads per week
  • 2040 global partners onboarded monthly
  • 90%+ accuracy rate on tracking/postback setups
  • 12 hour SLA for technical support responses
