AES Guidewire Project Management Office Consultant- Senior Associate Operate

Role Overview: As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications - Specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform - Design, code, and test software solutions for insurance organisations - Build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others - Anticipate the needs of teams and clients, deliver quality, and embrace increased ambiguity - Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data for insights and recommendations - Uphold professional and technical standards and the Firm's code of conduct - Provide PMO support to Guidewire Practice engagements on Status Reports, SLA/KPI calculation and reports, Staffing/recruitment facilitation, engagement financials support - Encourage everyone to have a voice, deal effectively with ambiguous situations, and initiate open coaching conversations - Contribute to operational excellence, support Delivery excellence, and navigate the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, follow risk management and compliance procedures, and work in a team environment with client interactions and cross-team collaboration - Take up cross competency work, drive COE activities, and be willing to work Second Shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST) to support US based clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree - Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager - Expertise in MS Office Excel, Powerpoint, ServiceNow, Visio, MPP, etc. - Excellent communication skills Additional Company Details: The AES Guidewire Team at PwC offers an opportunity for a Project Management Office Consultant.
