We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to analyze and resolve runtime issues, collaborate with developers for complex problem resolution, and automate manual tasks through scripting. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring production environments, troubleshooting, and scripting automation for reporting and maintenance.
