Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain AEM Sites functionalities to meet business requirements. Design and develop reusable components and templates using HTL (Sightly). Work with content authors to understand their needs and translate them into effective AEM configurations. Manage content structure, including taxonomy, metadata, and workflows. Utilize JCR (Java Content Repository) for content management and querying. Leverage the Query Builder API to efficiently retrieve and manipulate content. Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to ensure a seamless user experience. Stay up-to-date on the latest AEM features and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience developing and maintaining websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Solid understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and Oak. Experience with HTL (Sightly) for templating and component development. Working knowledge of content management principles and best practices. Experience with content structure management, including taxonomy and metadata. Familiarity with JCR and the ability to query content using the Query Builder API. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
