Job Description

Role Overview:

AEM SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in feature demo sessions, reviewing documentation and ensuring completeness.
Assemble and test demoed features in lower environments before production deployment.
Identify process or functionality gaps and communicate improvements proactively.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AEM site assembly and HCP portal operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Microservices and development teams, for issue resolution.
Develop and maintain training documentation for site assemblers and provide operational support.
Monitor site structure, page performance, broken links, and optimization tags, ensuring best practices are followed.
Participate in site governance meetings and support blueprint development initiatives.
Provide sign-offs on training and review site handover documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in
AEM, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
.
Experience with
JIRA
for issue tracking and project management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and site performance.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with web performance monitoring and optimization.
Exposure to site governance and operational sign-off processes.
