AEM FrontEnd Developer

You are a Front-End Developer with a deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud. Your primary role is to drive digital marketing, analytics, and personalization initiatives by combining hands-on coding with MacTech implementation. This involves ensuring seamless data tracking, creating personalized user experiences, and optimizing marketing performance. Your proficiency lies in front-end development, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Moreover, you have experience in implementing various Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics (including AEP Web SDK), Adobe Launch, Marketo, and Adobe Target. Experience with AEM is considered a strong advantage in this role. In this position, you will lead the migration from legacy Adobe Analytics implementations to the AEP Web SDK. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and reporting across web platforms. Additionally, you will configure, deploy, and maintain tags, rules, and data elements using Adobe Launch, ensuring clean and scalable tag governance practices within the platform. Moreover, you will support the integration between Marketo and other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Your role involves building and deploying A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences in Adobe Target. On the front-end development side, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing website features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. It is crucial to ensure clean, scalable, and accessible front-end code. You will also implement structured data layers and event tracking directly in the codebase. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React. Your proven experience should include Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting, Adobe Launch tagging, data layer setup, Adobe Target test and personalization setup, and Marketo tracking and integration. A strong understanding of data layers, tag management, and debugging tools is essential for success in this position.,
