Job Details: Position Title : AEM Developer Job Locatio n: Bengaluru (Bellandur Hybrid) Experience : 5+ year Roles And Responsibilities: Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on Adobe experience cloud suite including Adobe Experience Manager, Assets & Social Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to web content management implementation Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions Mentor and provide inputs and direction to senior developers on the team for design and implementation Collaborate with your architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards Write application code and extensions for the AEM platform that exceeds the defined quality standards Design solutions, Review the implementation and code for various teams Product owners/Solution designers/Principals - Strong relationships to ensure effective exchange of information/ business requirements Client Development manager – Strong relationship to ensure required support is available Support teams – Healthy relationship to ensure smooth transition of work flow Peers - Support , mentor , encourage and ensure effective working relationships Must have Skills: Adobe Experience Manager 6.2 or above Java, J2E JSP HTML5/JS/CSS3 JQuery Javascript Spring/Springboot, EJBs, Struts Adobe marketing cloud solutions knowledge AEM cloud services integrations DevOps experience Aware of Jenkins, Maven, automation techniques, Git for revision control Good to have skills: React, XML, Angular JS, JSON, AWS, GCP Key Competencies: Relationship Building Clients First and Quality Focus Teamwork and Collaboration Foresight, Innovation and Thought Leadership Initiative and Dependability AWS, Azure knowledge Perks & Benefits Health & Accident Insurance Paid Leaves and Sick Leaves Education sponsorship / Certification Reimbursement Free Training Platforms Internet Reimbursement Gym membership EPF, Gratuity.
