As an AEM Developer - Support Project, your role involves maintaining the Adobe Experience Manager platform to ensure its stability, performance, scalability, and reliability. You will troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and implement enhancements to meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Platform Maintenance:** Ensure the smooth operation of the AEM platform by responding to alerts and regularly checking logs for information. - **Technical Support:** Provide timely assistance to resolve issues related to AEM components, templates, and workflows. - **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with various teams to minimize disruptions to business processes. - **Documentation:** Keep track of new findings during troubleshooting and update any missing documentation. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations. - **Availability/Working in Shifts:** Be prepared to work in shifts, including 2 weeks of night shifts per month and on-call shifts. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a support or development capacity. - **Technical Skills:** Proficient in AEM components, templates, workflows, and troubleshooting techniques. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues effectively. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders. - **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. - **Adaptability:** Capable of adapting to changing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment. - **Team Management:** Previous experience in managing and leading teams of at least 3 people. - **Additional Skills:** Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks is advantageous.
