• We are seeking a skilled and proactive AEM Developer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Bootstrap, and AEM Grid system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing web components, templates, and digital experiences that are scalable, responsive, and optimized. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 2 year in AEM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, and pages using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and JCR.
• Implement responsive designs using Bootstrap framework and customize layouts using the AEM Grid system.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into interactive web components.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and responsiveness of AEM based applications.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and third party services.
• Support the deployment process and troubleshoot any production issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (6.4 and above).
• Solid experience in Bootstrap 4/5 and creating responsive layouts.
• Experience working with AEM Grid System for building flexible page structures.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend development workflows.
• Knowledge of Sling, OSGi, JCR, and AEM workflows.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and Jenkins for version control and builds.

Nice to Have:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MySQL and experience in data driven applications.
• Experience with cross platform integration, including RESTful services, third party APIs.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
