Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi bundles using Java, Sling Models, and HTL.
Implement and manage AEM backend services, including Sling Servlets, OSGi services, and schedulers.
Integrate AEM with various enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other integration patterns.
Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and reliability through code reviews, performance testing, and adherence to best practices.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security through unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), code reviews, and secure coding practices.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to architectural discussions and guide technical decisions related to AEM backend development.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in AEM environments.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features, releases, and industry best practices.
