AEM Developer

As an AEM Developer at Aventior, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Adobe Experience Manager solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Java, OSGi, Sling, Sightly, and other relevant technologies. Collaboration with UX/UI designers, content authors, and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient content delivery. You will also be required to integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics, and commerce platforms. Developing custom AEM modules and plugins to extend the core functionality of the platform will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, creating and maintaining technical documentation, following industry best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for AEM development are crucial aspects of the role. Participation in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of AEM solutions is expected. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies and sharing knowledge with the team will be encouraged. Furthermore, managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer will be required. Required Skills: - 4-6 years of relevant experience developing and delivering Adobe Experience Manager solutions. - Experience with products in the Adobe Suite such as Audience Manager, Test and Target, Campaign Manager, Analytics, and others. - Proficiency in AEM workflow setup and maintenance, User and Group Management, HTML5, and CSS3. - Working knowledge in AEM 6.1 or above, Maven, SVN, and MySQL 5.6. - Experience collaborating with various stakeholders and front-end technologies like JavaScript (MVC frameworks), iOS, and Android. - In-depth knowledge of OSGI, Apache Sling, HTL, JCR, Agile Development Methodologies, and integration with HTML/JS/CSS. - Experience in Spring MVC, J2EE, and Hibernate.
