As a Senior AEM Author with over 5 years of experience, your role will involve managing AEM authoring tasks, organizing and maintaining a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring the implementation of SEO best practices, conducting quality assurance (QA) on web pages, creating and maintaining testing checklists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing content changes with development, design, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage AEM authoring tasks such as content creation, updates, and optimizations. - Organize and maintain a DAM for efficient asset management. - Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata. - Perform QA on web pages to ensure accuracy, error-free content aligned with business requirements. - Create and maintain testing checklists for QA purposes to ensure consistent quality of web pages. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content changes. - Utilize AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management processes. - Regularly audit content for compliance with SEO guidelines and performance metrics. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and prioritize projects. Required Qualifications & Must Have Skills: - 3+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role. - Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher), including authoring, taxonomy, and DAM management. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation within AEM. - Proven experience in QA of web pages, with the ability to create and maintain testing checklists. - Knowledge of Content Fragments / Experience Fragments, HTML, and CSS for content management and web design. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing web content and assets. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): - Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, and other AEM modules. - Experience working in agile development environments. - Experience with digital marketing strategies and conversion optimization.
