Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Advocates role at Makhija & Associates located in Mumbai (Thane). Advocates will be responsible for representing clients in court litigation, providing legal advice, and drafting legal documents. They will also assist in developing legal strategies and representing clients in courts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property laws
• Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution
• Experience in IP-related legal services is a plus
