PSS Legal Advisors LLP is a boutique Corporate Law Firm based in Chennai. The firm is recruiting lawyers for its transaction team to handle various contracts including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and advisory services, including secretarial, FEMA, etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate specializing in Corporate Transactions and Contracts. We are recruiting Lawyers specialising in handling Corporate Transactions and Commercial Contracts.

Lawyers in practice with a Law Degree, who are enrolled and who meet the requirements mentioned below can apply:

·Minimum of 4 years of PQE experience in handling and negotiating various Corporate Transactions including due diligence and commercial contracts and an in-depth understanding of all laws governing contracts.

·Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.

·Candidates are required to be stationed in Chennai.

Qualifications

·Law Degree from a Registered University and enrolment with a State Bar Council.

·4+ years of post-qualification experience and in-depth knowledge in one or more of the areas mentioned above.

·Ability to handle work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

·Excellent understanding of legal procedures and documentation, and case management

·Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide strategic advice

·Strong written and verbal communication skills
