Company Description

Call Centre Staffing (CCS) sources and places sales, customer service, collections, and capturing staff. We also onboard office and support staff, as well as specialists and senior operation managers from various industries including retail, finance, and banking. CCS prioritizes talent attraction to ensure that we recruit and retain the most suitable talent for our business partners. We strive for high placement rates to avoid wasting time with unnecessary interviews and testing, ensuring delivery success.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, managing delivery schedules, and handling customer inquiries and issues related to deliveries. The role will include loading and unloading items, operating vehicles and equipment safely, and ensuring delivery documentation is accurately maintained.

Qualifications

Customer Service skills
Forklift Operation skills and experience
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Basic knowledge of Sales
Ability to undergo and benefit from Training as necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
