As a member of the Deals team at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Specifically, in deal integration and valuation realization, you will assist clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments.
