As a member of the deals team at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in various areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role will involve assisting clients in navigating complex transactions and maximizing value in their business deals. Specifically, in financial due diligence, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on aspects like quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key deal issues.
