Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative in Lucknow 2 - LDA Colony, your main responsibility will be to manage all customer interactions within the specified parameters. You will need to demonstrate ownership on calls, respond to customers in an appropriate manner, and offer solution-based approaches to customer queries. It will be important to educate customers whenever possible and keep yourself updated on product, system, process, and policy knowledge. Adhering to rostered timing, capturing customer details, resolving queries within timelines, and managing outbound campaigns as required are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in increasing, developing, and retaining the customer base through relationship building and service excellence. Following all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements is essential to ensure efficient service delivery.
