Description
As a Senior Advisor, Procurement on Dell's Procurement team in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in managing Continuity of Supply for critical business Commodities and leading supply chain operational programs and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain effectiveness and responsiveness, working closely with various Business Partner teams, addressing daily business customer impacting issues, and driving key Supply Chain initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Continuity of Supply for assigned critical business Commodities - Lead supply chain operational programs and initiatives - Work with multiple Business Partner teams to improve supply chain effectiveness - Collaborate to address and close critical daily business Customer impacting issues - Optimize Personal & Team performance to achieve target KPIs - Ensure continuity of supply, optimal inventory, ageing, and excess management for assigned components - Develop and lead programs to enhance customer experience through supply chain improvement - Communicate with Executives, manage cadence of reviews, and provide Operations business and program updates - Demonstrate high flexibility and willingness to lead change to meet business needs - Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Partners to manage elements of the supply chain effectively Qualifications Required: - Supply Chain experience, preferably 5+ years - Strong communication skillset, both written and verbal - Ability to influence outside of direct Organizational scope, demonstrating strong Command skills - Excellent sense of Ownership and high level of Responsibility for proactive engagement - Leadership Qualities, including Demonstrating Global Thinking mindset - Third Level Supply Chain Qualification - Supply Chain Degree (Desirable) - Supply Chain MSC (Desirable) Dell Technologies is a people company that values the unique contributions of each team member.
