Art-E is seeking a highly creative and skilled Art Director to join our dynamic digital advertising agency. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling and engaging digital assets for our clients' advertising campaigns. Your designs will play a crucial role in capturing the attention of target audiences and driving brand awareness and conversions. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-quality visual solutions that align with our clients' marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing digital assets:

• Create captivating graphics, illustrations, banners, social media posts, and other digital assets that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.
• Ensure designs are visually engaging, on-brand, and align with the specific advertising campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience.

Understand client requirements and objectives:

• Work closely with account managers and clients to comprehend project requirements, target audience demographics, and overall campaign objectives.
• Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into visually impactful design solutions.
• Adapt design concepts to different digital platforms and formats, ensuring optimal user experience and visual consistency across various devices.

Maintain brand consistency:

• Familiarize yourself with clients' brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design elements and campaigns.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to established brand identities and accurately represent the clients' brand positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to develop comprehensive advertising campaigns that integrate compelling visuals and persuasive copy.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, providing valuable input and contributing to the overall campaign strategy.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools relevant to digital advertising.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of emerging technologies and design software, incorporating them into your design process to deliver cutting-edge and innovative designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Applied Arts & Visual Communication students are preferred
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI Design software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative and visually appealing digital design projects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
