Job Opening: Advertisement Coordinator – Jewelry / Retail Industry

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Advertisement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store platforms. You will work closely with creative teams, vendors, and marketing departments to ensure brand consistency, cost-effective media placements, and impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media agencies for creative development.
• Ensure brand consistency across all advertising channels and campaigns.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and media partners.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Research new advertising trends, technologies, and platforms for innovation.
• Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Liaise with retail branches to align local and corporate advertising needs.
• Ensure campaigns are executed within deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of advertising, media planning, and campaign coordination.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and meet strict deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment.
