Adventure Sales Position

We’re seeking a dynamic Adventure Sales Executive to drive sales of our adventure packages. You’ll be the bridge between thrill-seekers and their dream journeys, using your sales expertise and enthusiasm for the outdoors to convert leads into lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert & Engage: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, guiding clients to the perfect adventure package.
• Sales Strategy: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by promoting trekking tours, seasonal offers, and customized itineraries.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaborate: Work with marketing to refine campaigns and identify new sales opportunities.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on adventure travel trends to position Trekup India as a leader.
• Feedback Loop: Share client insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth pre-trip preparations and address post-trip feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales (travel, hospitality, or related field preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal/written skills with persuasive flair.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media.
• Passion for Adventure: Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities and travel.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with problem-solving agility.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or relevant field.
