Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Adventure Expert, located in Delhi, India. The Adventure Expert will be responsible for leading and organizing nature treks, wildlife excursions, and adventure activities. Duties include guiding guests, ensuring safety protocols, providing educational information about the local environment, planning and developing new adventure programs, and collaborating with the guest services team to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading nature treks, wildlife excursions, and adventure activities
• Strong knowledge of the local environment, flora, and fauna
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ensure safety protocols and manage risk during activities
• Skills in planning and developing adventure programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Passion for astronomy and interest in night sky observation is a plus
• Relevant certifications in adventure sports or wildlife guiding are a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi
