Worst company. No value for HR rules and policies. Team leads treat employees like slaves.. There is no concept of taking feedback from team mates about their Manager and Team lead..!!!

Stupidest company policy ever. Ex: Aug 15 is holiday for general shift employees and not for night shift as if after 6 it’s not an independence day. Same goes for leave policy, say if you plan to take leaves on Friday and Monday then it’s four days leave. They talk about hipaa but it’s nothing to them.

It's a great company to work. The exposure and learning were tremendous. The work life balance was great and all my positive experience is because of the people I working with, and my Manager. Company Environment & Management team is very Good.....

It’s worst company they don’t even tc of there employees …management rude behaviour…they ask about the work commitments and they only fire you …it’s waste company

It's a worest company, they had conducted the interview with 4 members in the pannel and answered all the questions they have asked for but they simply set i m not short listed. They are conducting for time pass and wasting the other's time.

Such a worst company nd ridiculous HR I've ever seen.... she is very rude with the people who came for an interview. Please don't choose the iHealth for your career growth. so many companies are waiting for efficient people and providing good facilities. Really worthless company.
