You will work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Develop and implement modular architectures for application development. Utilize next-generation integration techniques to enhance application functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. Strong understanding of IT service management processes. Experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integration with third-party systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
