Job Description

Responsible for
LBU & Customer approvals
, including CPK, GRR, Correlation, SPC reports
Perform
failure analysis
, 4M study, and Why-Why analysis to drive continuous improvement
Manage
vendor coordination and spare parts management
Conduct and participate in
customer meetings
and ensure effective micro-management
Handle
team management
and cross-functional coordination
Support process validation and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards

Required Skills & Competencies

Background in
EMS / Semiconductor industry
Strong knowledge of:

6M Analysis, Why-Why Analysis
CPK, GRR, Correlation, SPC, PPAP
DOE (Design of Experiments) & DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

Experience in
vendor management and spare parts handling
Hands-on experience with
SPM machines
Customer handling and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of:

Vision Systems
Robots
Barcode Scanners
Laser Machines & Dispensing systems
AOI Machines
IPC / PCI Cards / DAQ Boards
Servo Motors & Servo Drives

Exposure to industrial automation systems including pneumatics & hydraulics
