Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the global Enterprise Data & Analytics team at Invesco, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality, availability, and usability of domain data. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving data quality issues, developing processes to prevent recurrence, and measuring continual improvement. Your efforts will be instrumental in enabling Invesco to leverage data as a strategic asset to deliver a superior investment and client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for various Data Domains. - Make proactive suggestions to enhance product usability, presentation, and data quality. - Continually learn and gain a deep understanding of data management, Invesco, and the industry. - Ensure integrity of data and lead day-to-day activities to produce, validate, and deliver quality data. - Identify, escalate, and resolve data issues, collaborating with senior associates on improvement projects. - Analyze data to provide insights to stakeholders, define, standardize, measure, and monitor data quality metrics. - Develop reports/dashboards for data quality health checks and track issue resolution. - Maintain the data dictionary and align consumers to standardized fields and definitions. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - BA/BS in a relevant field. - Natural curiosity, strong desire to learn, and share ideas. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in SQL and Excel. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of data, analysis, and processes related to asset classes and products. - Client-first mindset and good relationship building skills. - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and reliability.
