Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full-funnel ad strategies across Meta and Google platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Optimise targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce impactful, conversion-focused creatives and ad copies.
• Track and interpret campaign analytics to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.
• Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to enhance performance and scalability.
• Present weekly insights and recommendations based on data-driven performance analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of fashion e-commerce and consumer buying behaviour.
• 13 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C or fashion.
• Proven ability to manage ad spends and deliver measurable ROI.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
• Based in Delhi NCR (hybrid or on-site preferred).
