Job Description

If you love cracking what makes people stop scrolling and click buy, this role is for you.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes performance creatives someone who can turn insights, trends, and product stories into thumb-stopping ads.

You'll be the brain behind everything that runs on Meta and Google the copy, the visual direction, the hooks, the landing pages, the scripts. Basically, everything that's revolving around the ad creative.

You'll work directly with me and our marketing team, in-office, to create and scale the kind of ads people actually talk about.

What You'll Do

  • Come up with fresh creative ideas for Meta & Google ads both static and video
  • Write copy that converts (and doesn't sound like everyone else)
  • Ideate and shoot ads in-house involving the founder, you, or the rest of the team
  • Brief and guide creators for UGC/video ads from script to execution
  • Create and manage ad creatives using editing tools yourself or with the design team
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversions and ad-to-shop flow
  • Analyze creative performance data to find what's working and what's not to iterate fast
  • Keep an eye on trends, brands, and creators to fuel new ad concepts

Who You Are

  • You've made a few ads before, or you've wanted a shot to do it at scale.
  • You care about storytelling and aesthetics just as much as performance metrics.
  • You're curious, analytical, and obsessed with finding what actually converts.
  • You move fast, learn faster, and love figuring things out on your own.
  • You enjoy working closely with a small, high-energy team that's building something real.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a D2C brand or agency (or a strong portfolio that proves you can do it).
  • Comfortable with creative tools; editing knowledge is a big plus.
  • Familiar with Meta and Google ads ecosystem (you don't need to run the ads, but you should know how they work).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • A bias for execution you make things happen.
