Role Overview

Adobe Workfront Solutions Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and configure Adobe Workfront to meet those needs.
• Lead implementations and integrations involving Adobe Workfront, Adobe Workfront Fusion, and Workfront Project Manager.
• Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards within Workfront to support project and resource management.
• Provide consulting services, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, and operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive guidance and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions consulting or implementation role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront including implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront functionalities, API capabilities, and Workfront Fusion.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients.
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in or with global marketing organizations.
• Exposure to administration and integration of related platforms such as:
• Marketing Automation Tools (Eloqua preferred)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Analytics Platforms
