Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in

project/work management systems, with at least

3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront

and

Workfront Fusion.
Strong understanding of

Workfront architecture, including

portfolios, programs, projects, tasks, issues, forms, templates, and

reports.
Proven experience in

automating workflows

using

Workfront Fusion, with the ability to integrate Workfront with tools like

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM),

Adobe Campaign,

Jira,

Slack,

Salesforce, etc.
Skilled in building

complex Fusion scenarios, using modules like

Watch, Router, Iterator, Tools, and Webhooks.
Experience with

custom form creation,

role-based permissions, and

advanced reporting

in Workfront.
Strong business analysis and solution design skills to translate requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.
Ability to manage

user training, adoption, and change management

initiatives across departments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support both

technical teams

and

business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified Expert Workfront Core Developer

or similar certification.
Hands-on experience integrating Workfront with

Adobe Experience Cloud

tools.
Experience in

marketing operations,

PMO, or

creative workflow management

across industries such as finance, retail, healthcare, or media.
Familiarity with

agile and waterfall project methodologies, and tools like

Jira,

Asana, or

Monday.com.
