As an experienced Adobe Workfront & Fusion Specialist at a global MNC in Chennai, your role will involve configuring, managing, and optimizing Adobe Workfront's enterprise work management platform and Fusion automation solutions to streamline project workflows and business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain the Workfront platform, including dashboards, reports, custom forms, roles, and permissions. - Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate with multiple business applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project and workflow requirements and translate them into efficient Workfront solutions. - Support system troubleshooting, user training, and adoption to maximize platform utilization. - Monitor and optimize Workfront processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Assist in creating documentation and governance for Workfront use and Fusion automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Fusion. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront system administration and report/dashboard creation. - Experience with Workfront Fusion scenarios, connectors, and API integrations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to handle occasional work hour overlap with early EST time zone. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
