Your Role
You are a detail-oriented developer with a passion for experimentation and optimization. You thrive in cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies. Role Overview:
As an Adobe Target Developer , you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization strategies that drive user engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.

Implement personalization campaigns based on user behavior, segmentation, and business goals.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content strategists to ensure seamless integration of test elements.

Work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Launch) to deliver data-driven experiences.

Monitor and analyze test performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Ensure proper tagging and tracking for experiments using Adobe Launch or other tag management systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test deployment, targeting, and data collection.

Top 5 Technical Skills

Adobe Target Expertise in setting up and managing A/B tests, XT activities, and personalization campaigns.

JavaScript/HTML/CSS Strong front-end development skills for customizing test elements and experiences.

Adobe Launch (Tag Management) Experience in configuring and deploying tags for tracking and targeting.

Adobe Analytics Ability to interpret data and integrate analytics with Target for enhanced reporting.

REST APIs & Data Layer Integration Familiarity with APIs and data layers to support dynamic targeting and personalization.
