We are seeking talented Technical Program Manager?role specifically tailored for working with the?Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)to join our India delivery team.

Role Overview

As a?Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex technology projects related to Adobe Experience Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong program management skills, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive end-to-end planning and execution of technical programs across Adobe Experience Platform, including data ingestion, identity resolution, edge services, real-time customer profile, and segmentation.

• 
  

  Define program goals, objectives, deliverables, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

• 
  

  Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and schedules while managing risks and dependencies.

• 
  

  Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle.

• 
  

  Ensure proper data governance, security, and compliance for all customer data within AEP.

• 
  

  Drive best practices for program execution, team collaboration, and development workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field.

• 
  

  7+ years of experience in technical program or project management in software development or cloud services.

• 
  

  Proven success managing large-scale technical programs involving backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.

• 
  

  Experience working in Agile environments with globally distributed teams.

• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• 
  

  Ability to work across multiple teams, understand technical systems, and drive alignment.

• 
  

  Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other program management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience with Adobe Experience Platform

• 
  

  Experience in customer data platforms, real-time data processing, and identity resolution.

• 
  

  Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

• 
  

  Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and other data privacy regulations.

• 
  

  Experience delivering Martech/CDP solutions in enterprise environments
