• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable

  XDM schemas

• Manage and monitor

  data ingestion pipelines

• Configure and optimize

  identity resolution

  for unified customer profiles
• Implement

  data governance and privacy controls

• Build and activate

  real-time audiences

  for personalization
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams

Good to Have

• Adobe Certified Expert –

  Real-Time CDP

• Experience in customer journey orchestration & personalization
• Knowledge of

  GDPR / CCPA

  and consent management
