Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience with
Adobe Experience Manager (6.4 and above)

Proficiency in
Java/J2EE
,
OSGi
,
Sling
, and
JCR/CRX
.
Deep understanding of
AEM Sites
,
AEM Assets
,
AEM Workflows
, and
Multisite Manager (MSM)
.
Experience with
Sightly (HTL)
and traditional JSP-based component development.
Solid grasp of front-end technologies:
HTML5
,
CSS3
,
JavaScript
,
jQuery
,
React or Angular
(optional).
Experience integrating AEM with third-party services (REST APIs, SOAP, etc.).
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven).
Experience with AEM Cloud Service or migration from on-prem to cloud (preferred).
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Campaign is a plus.

Essential Skills: Design and development experience in Adobe AEM and above Experience with Adobe AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and AEM development and deployment process using MavenCoordination with customer, team, Architects and support team for implementing solution. Removing technical Impediments of Team.Good understanding of AEM Platform, architecture, infrastructure set up, management and performance optimization to include sling, felixosgi and various implementations of the jcr repository
