Adobe Experience Manager lead Engineer

As an experienced AEM Lead Engineer at our Pune office, you will play a key role in leading development efforts and designing scalable architectures for high-quality digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding a team to deliver secure and performant solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and develop AEM/Java-based solutions in an agile, distributed team environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and story grooming. - Ensure delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers. - Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support production systems. **Qualification Required:** - Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ (components, templates, workflows, OSGi, JSP, HTL). - Proficient in AEM architecture, dispatcher configurations, and integrations. - Solid knowledge of Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, Spring, and Microservices. - Understanding of secure coding and design best practices. - Exposure to Angular or React frameworks. - Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Jenkins, and Git. - Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. As a preferred candidate, you should have proven experience as a Tech Lead on enterprise-level AEM implementations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and learning new technologies.,
