As an experienced AEM Lead Engineer joining our team in Pune, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable architectures, leading development efforts, and guiding the team to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant digital solutions. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5+), Java development, and modern web frameworks will be essential for the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ covering components, templates, workflows, OSGi, JSP, and HTL. - Proficiency in AEM architecture, dispatcher configurations, and integrations. - Solid knowledge of Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, Spring, and Microservices. - Understanding of secure coding and design best practices. - Exposure to Angular or React frameworks. - Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Jenkins, and Git. - Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. In this role, you will: - Lead and develop AEM/Java-based solutions in an agile, distributed team environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and story grooming. - Ensure delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers. - Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support production systems. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Tech Lead on enterprise-level AEM implementations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Passionate about continuous improvement and staying updated with new technologies.
