Role Overview: As a Software Engineer at Volvo Group in Brazil, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications. Your expertise in Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and Agile methodology will be crucial in leading the software engineering team to develop public websites for multiple brands. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including developers, quality engineers, business analysts, architects, and marketing teams to ensure the efficient delivery of work. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the software engineering team in developing public websites for multiple brands - Design efficient solutions using standard technologies and techniques, complying with Volvo architecture guidelines - Develop and test features according to requirements, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline - Provide expertise in systems integration, platform architecture, and development languages and techniques - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for seamless project delivery - Actively participate in requirement collection and system analysis phases - Follow coding and testing guidelines and best practices - Support implementations and rollouts of new features/enhancements in different environments Qualifications Required: - Relevant university degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's degree) - Excellent communication, teamwork, and responsibility skills - Strong development experience in Adobe EDS and other relevant technologies - Fluent proficiency in English (Spanish considered a plus) - Experience in EDS technologies - Location flexibility to work in Brazil as the primary location and India as secondary (need to follow US time zone) Additional Company Details: Volvo Group values Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity, providing a safe and supportive environment for all employees.
