Role Overview: As a Software Engineer at Volvo Group, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications, focusing on sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions. You will work with next-gen technologies and collaborate with global teams to lead software engineering projects for public websites of multiple brands. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a software engineering team to develop public websites for multiple brands, ensuring compliance with Volvo architecture guidelines and efficient solutions. - Develop and test features according to requirements, using appointed tools and technologies while adhering to quality, cost, and timeline considerations. - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including front-end and back-end developers, quality engineers, business analysts, architects, and marketing teams. - Actively participate in requirement collection, system analysis, and Agile team activities. - Follow coding/testing guidelines and best practices, and support implementations/rollouts of new features/enhancements in non-prod/prod environments. Qualifications Required: - Relevant university degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's degree) - Excellent communication, teamwork, and responsibility skills. - Strong development experience in Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and familiarity with various technologies including Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Sharepoint, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc. - Solid experience in EDS technologies and continuous improvement mindset. - Fluent proficiency in English (fluent Spanish considered a plus). - Location preference for Brazil as primary, India as secondary (need to follow US time zone).
