The candidate must have Web Analytics / App Analytics experience, not just reporting or creating scorecards
Look for projects they have done to improve the customer experience on the website AB test hypothesis generation, landing page optimization, customer journey optimizationLook for exposure to root cause analysis to understand why traffic, conversions are moving WoW/QoQCross-platform experience is a plus exposure to mobile app analytics, product analyticsLook for experience engaging directly with clients in the US or EU. Must have driven end to end analysis and should have created decks and presentations for client consumption on a regular basisShould have experience working in B2C and domains like retail, ecommerceShould have exposure to AB testing, or an idea of how experimentation works on webTools Adobe Analytics , SQL and all other tools are a plus
