We are looking for a talented Adobe Launch Developer to join our team and help optimize our web and mobile properties with Adobe Launch. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud JavaScript and tag management systems. You will be responsible for implementing configuring and troubleshooting tags events and data layer structures within Adobe Launch.

Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure tags rules data elements and extensions in Adobe Launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. digital marketing analytics development) to gather requirements and ensure efficient data collection and tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tag deployment data layer and analytics integrations. Maintain and optimize the Adobe Launch environment for improved performance and scalability. Integrate third-party pixels including but not limited to Facebook Pixel Twitter Pixel Google Ads Pixel and other marketing tools within Adobe Launch. Monitor and test the performance of tags to ensure accurate data collection and proper functionality. Develop custom JavaScript solutions for advanced tracking requirements and integrations. Ensure adherence to best practices for tag management data privacy and performance optimization. Work with Adobe Analytics Adobe Target and other Adobe Experience Cloud products to integrate tracking and personalization strategies. Conduct audits and provide technical support for ongoing Adobe Launch implementations. Stay up-to-date with new features in Adobe Launch and tag management trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Launch (Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager - DTM experience is a plus). Strong understanding of JavaScript and experience with custom scripting for tags. Experience working with Adobe Analytics Adobe Target or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Familiarity with the Data Layer and its implementation for accurate data tracking. Knowledge of HTML/CSS DOM manipulation and debugging tools like browser developer tools. Experience troubleshooting browser console errors and resolving common tag-related issues. Strong attention to detail and ability to validate tag configurations and tracking data. Experience with API integrations and managing data exchanges between systems. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques related to tag management. Experience with version control tools such as Git is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
