As an Adobe Analytics Engineer at Dyson's Global IT in India - Bangalore IT Capability Centre, you will play a key role in optimizing digital experiences and driving data-driven decisions using Adobe Analytics. The Digital Tracking team, which focuses on leveraging data and technology to enhance user experiences, relies on your expertise to collect digital data through analytics tools and Tag Management Systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure Adobe Analytics for precise reporting, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis. By providing operational support, troubleshooting issues, and proposing strategic improvements, you will enhance our analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include setting up and utilizing tools from Adobe's analytics offerings, such as the Adobe Launch Tag Management Platform and Adobe Web Analytics, for digital tracking of user behavior and campaign performance. With your significant experience in web technologies and Adobe Analytics tools, you will be a valuable asset to the team. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in web technologies. A good command of JavaScript, related frameworks like jQuery, and strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and driving strategic improvements. Your proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest digital trends and technologies, combined with excellent communication abilities, will enable you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to Dyson's reputation for cutting-edge digital initiatives.
